Richard and Fiona have been offering gourmet luxury holidays in Morzine since 2007.

GourmetSki was born out of our love for the outdoors and a passion for fine cuisine.

GourmetSki was a natural evolution for us, as we have decades of experience in the hospitality business between us. Fiona enjoyed many years working abroad in a number of different hospitality roles, whilst Richard is a professional chef.

Prior to arriving in the Alps Richard had 15 years’ experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, most notably at Whatley Manor in Malmesbury - now with Michelin and Michelin Green stars - and worked alongside a former sous chef from Michel Roux Jr.’s Le Gavroche.
