We offer 5 course Gourmet evening meals on your first and last nights stay starting with canapés around the fire. Each dish is crafted from the best locally available ingredients. On the other 3 nights, a lighter 3 course meal is served.
Tuesday and Friday are the Chef's days off and we can recommend local restaurants for you to savour the nightlife in Morzine, many groups chose to stay in Morzine for an early casual supper at one of the bars/restaurants or to come back to the chalet where we can arrange to get pizzas delivered for you for one of the evenings non-catered.
If you're staying on a short break the days off/catered evenings will be arranged with you on booking.
The menus each week are designed by Richard to create a fabulous menu for you to enjoy. Menus can be tailored around your requirements on booking we request that each person lets us know in advance of any dietary needs so that we can tailor menus to suit you.
As the quality of each dish is reliant on the ingredients, we pay particular attention to sourcing fresh, free range and organic produce from local artisans where possible.
Red and white house wines are served during the dinner service. There is a snug bar in the basement with beer, wine, Champagne and quality spirits available during evening service at extra charge. Premium mixers, soft drinks and ice are available
We offer complimentary fresh ground coffee and a selection of teas, available for you to help yourselves throughout your stay.
Breakfast is served daily and we offer a choice of freshly baked breads and pastries, cereal, fruit, yoghurts or a choice of cooked breakfasts. On Tuesday and Friday we provide a continental breakfast.
A choice of cookies, pastries, cakes or scones are available on your return from the slopes each day - on a self-serve basis.
