The Chalet

Lower Floor Levels Middle Floor Levels Upper Floor Levels

We are very proud to offer you our green oak chalet, a very rare build in this region and the first in Morzine. The amazing oak frame is viewable throughout the chalet.

Designed split level, the chalet is full of character and gives a degree of separation to bedrooms and reception rooms.

In the basement is a massage room and a games room with pool table, piano, TV/Cinema screen plus soft seating for watching fims or playing games.

The lower ground floor is home to the expansive kitchen, which includes a breakfast bar for those who wish to sit and watch the evening meal being prepared. This is adjoined to by the bar which is conveniently located next to the patio where the hot-tub resides with fabulous views of the mountains.

The ground floor open-plan living area has been professionally designed with an entrance lobby, dining area and a large living room with open fire, furnished with traditional and quality fixtures and fittings.

On the next three split levels are the bedrooms. Each has been carefully designed and includes the use of beautiful wool carpets, full ‘black out’ lined curtains using fabrics from design houses Morris&Co and Sandersons ‘Byron’ wools. Each bathroom is unique and includes full sized baths, overhead showers and stone sinks.

Designer wallpaper and fabrics are visible throughout the chalet. Colefax and Fowlers ‘Marchwood Black’ and Andrew Martins ‘Library’ wallpapers feature in the living area along with Sanderson Indigo/Madder fabrics which blend beautifully with the slate and solid oak wood flooring - heat is supplied through underfloor heating.

The chalet is situated on a plateau with fantastic views and is on a private no-through lane, yet only 350 metres from two frequent running ski buses and easy access to local services. Morzine is a 25 minute flat well-lit walk, although there are buses and our chauffeur service as well which give plenty of options for those considering après-ski or early ski finishes.
